New Addition
Magnolia Terrace is expanding once again! Phase I of construction is underway. The foundation has been set, the plumbing is completed and the floor will soon be poured. Our staff, residents, and familiy members watch and wait with anticipation and excitement. Follow our website for more pictures and updates as construction continues.

Construction is progressing right on schedule. Interior/exterior walls are up, rafters and roof are done and windows are in. Plumbers, electricians and fire suppression contractors are working hard this week. Each day residents and staff are amazed at the progress.
The new addition remains right on schedule. The plumbers and electricians continue to work on the interior of the new building. Masons have started the brick laying on the exterior walls, and the connecting hallway to the existing facility is framed and under roof. The dining room addition is also underway. The residents' excitement continues to grow as the warm weather allows them to sit on the front porch and "monitor" the progress.
Progress continues at a fast pace. The addition to the dining room is almost complete. (Such a noisy project!) The painters are finished, the linoleum is down, and the border is going up. The next big project is the carpeting, and the wood trim around the doors and windows. It won't be long now, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel!
